Terms and Conditions

All our rooms are no smoking, additional cleaning to remove a smell of smoke will be charged

Individual bookings:

Credit or debit card details are required to secure your booking. A £20.00 deposit will be debited from your card at the time of booking, this is transferable but non refundable.

Cancellation charges as follows:

- less than 48 hours notice 75% charged unless the room is resold.

- less than 24 hours notice 100% charged unless the room is resold.

If you anticipate a late arrival (ie. after 9.00pm) please phone The Cuan to advise(028 4488 1222)

All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for.

Any missing items will be charged for.

Group bookings: (applies to bookings of 6 or more rooms)

A deposit of £50.00 per room is required at the time of booking plus credit card details to secure the value of the room.

Cancellation charges based on the full value of the room will be as follows:

- within 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival 25%

- within 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival 50%

- within 1 week prior to the date of arrival 100%
