The Cuan seafood restaurant, near Downpatrick, has a history of serving excellent food for over twenty three years. Our very settled team of six chefs have a combined wealth of experience with 154 years ‘clocked up’ between them. Consistent throughout all of these years is a passion for the seasonal use of local produce, taking our raw ingredients when they are bursting with flavour and freshness, and preparing them in a way that maximises and protects their own unique attributes, giving you a wonderful dining experience and the desire to return for more.
